With the fresh diploma in hand and a whole new way of seeing the world, he moved to Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 and enjoyed a few other challenging positions with Alcoa. His last position with Alcoa was Global Marketing Manager, Aerospace and Defense.
 
In 2007 Roger left Alcoa to pursue a different path. He started Web-Plus, a company focused on Internet Marketing, providing valuable products and services through the web.
