 Jürgen (Juergen) Keller, President South American Travel, was born in Southwest Germany, and has studied in his home country, as well as Spain, Portugal and Brazil. He wrote his Masters Thesis on “Strategies for Economic Development of South America as Promoted by the World Bank” at the World Bank library in Washington, D.C. During this time, Jürgen was also a tour guide in Europe. Alison first arrived in Brazil in 1979  with the task of setting up the new Oxford University Press office in Rio de Janeiro. Returning  to the UK in 1984 she never lost her love of the country, the music or the travel and made sure that subsequent jobs in publishing, consulting and representing language schools included a good marketing excuse to return ever year.

In 2002 she came back to Rio permanently and now lives in Leblon.
